Clinical Neuropsychology

Clinical Neuropsychological assessments for clients from 16 years across the lifespan. Clinical Neuropsychological assessment is comprehensive, and involves a holistic extensive assessment that takes into account each individual’s personal history, along with psychological and cognitive processes, in order to provide detailed reports. A comprehensive Clinical Neuropsychological assessment and comprehensive report takes several hours to complete (approximately 12-25hrs).

Services involving comprehensive Clinical Neuropsychological assessment are currently not funded by Medicare, however, for many people there are sources within the community from which funding may be obtained to assist with the cost.

General psychology sessions for initial needs mental health consultation, counselling, and focussed psychological therapy. For clients who do not have access to funding from support services, there is a partial Medicare rebate available, provided they have a mental health care plan and GP referral.
